Access to your physician

Your physician is available to you by telephone, e-mail or video-conferencing any time of day or night, seven days a week. Should a visit to the emergency room or hospital be required, your physician will personally coordinate your care and visit you at the hospital. Office visits will be unhurried and available on a same-day basis.

Office hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday (9-12 Wednesday).
Visits are available at any other time if mutually agreeable.
Emailing is done through the secure patient portal to maintain HIPAA compliance.
When hospitalized, Dr. Taylor or Dr. Duvall will visit you on a regular basis at Miami Valley Hospital and as needed at Kettering Hospital.

Coordination of specialty care

As experienced physicians in the Dayton area, we will recommend the most appropriate specialist based on your clinical history. We will personally introduce you to the specialist by letter or phone call and remain closely involved in the care provided.


Limited practice size

Each physician in this practice will be limited to about 400 patients, less than 20% of a traditional practice. A waiting list will be maintained on a first-come, first-served basis.

Special services

House calls are at times available should you be unable to come to the office. Also, the practice will be available to your out-of-town guests should unexpected medical problems arise.
